Common questions

What if I only have 3 users?

3 users is our minimum team size. Below that, the $500/month minimum applies, which usually makes more sense as a per-incident or project arrangement — we'll tell you honestly if that's a better fit.

Is there a contract?

No long-term lock-in. We ask for 30 days' notice to cancel, but there's no multi-year contract required.

What happens if we grow past 49 users?

Are there onboarding fees?

No separate onboarding fee for standard setups. If your environment needs significant cleanup or migration work before we can take over, we'll quote that upfront.

Does the $95/user include Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licenses?

No. Software subscriptions such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, phone systems, and industry-specific applications are billed separately. We manage and support those platforms as part of your monthly plan.

Is onsite support included?

Most support starts remotely because it's faster and keeps costs predictable. When an onsite visit is needed for hardware, networking, cabling, or physical troubleshooting, we'll tell you upfront whether it's included or quoted separately.

What counts as a user?

A user is any employee, contractor, or regular team member who needs support, security, email, or access to company systems.

Do you support servers?

Yes, but server environments vary. Basic monitoring and support can be included, while server replacement, major migrations, or large backup requirements are quoted separately.
